Birthday, chocolate, and skiing

Logan is safely back in U S and A, so I’m dumping out the last few days’ worth of pictures that we have from her visit.

The first few are from my birthday dinner. My sister had Logan get me some flowers and birthday goodies, and the three of us went to eat at a steak place in Altstadt. Logan was trying out her hand modeling skills.

No visit to Zürich is complete without a trip to the Lindt chocolate factory and its delicious chocolate fountains.

And we took one last skiing trip. We planned to stay overnight in Davos so we could get in 2 days’ worth of skiing, but Storm Eunice had different plans. We got up the next morning to blizzard conditions and nearly all lifts and gondolas closed, so we had to head back home.

Now it’s just the 2 of us doing normal daily things. I’m counting down the days until hiking weather. Cass is looking into moving into an apartment on a ski slope. Or joining the Swiss ski team.
